Your future responsibilities: • You will work in collaboration with the sales staff. • You will define the necessary skills and aptitudes in the job description. • You will ensure the recruitment of candidates, calls for tenders and compliance with the recruitment budget. • You will identify and evaluate professional projects and personally advise interlocutors. • You will participate in the selection process, the evaluation and the hiring of the potential employee. • You will be the ambassador of our company, its values and its principles. Your profile: • You benefit from experience in recruitment professions. • You possess experience in the construction, electricity, industry or other technical profession sector. • You know the specificities of the regional job market. • Whether you are a university graduate or self-taught, we are looking for passionate talents. • You are a competitor and you develop your performance in a team spirit. • You have a good command of French with a very good writing ability. • You speak one or more foreign languages fluently. • You have a good knowledge of common IT tools. • You have real soft skills (availability, rigor, interpersonal skills). • You are a trustworthy person. • You possess a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
