Service Internal Sales Administrator 100% (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact – in writing and on the phone – for our customers
You take care of master data maintenance and ensure smooth processes in the ordering system
You always keep an eye on ongoing projects and ensure that no task is left undone.
What you bring with you
A commercial apprenticeship or comparable further training is an advantage – experience in internal sales or customer service.
German as a native language, French skills at level C1 or higher (mandatory), English skills at a basic level
You have a good sense for technology and communication and enjoy using both in contact with customers and internal contacts
Independent, precise, and efficient working suits you
You are dynamic, customer-oriented, and remain friendly & focused even in stressful moments
You are good at making phone calls – you build trust from the very first conversation
