Ensure that material is available exactly when it is needed. Can you also keep track of things when many dependencies interact? Do you think analytically, act foresightedly and find solutions before bottlenecks arise? Then you can expect a key role in an internationally active industrial company. In this function, you will work together with production, purchasing and international locations to ensure that materials are available on time and that delivery capability is always guaranteed. Your field of action: • You plan and control material requirements and ensure a reliable supply of production • You optimize inventory levels and service levels with the goal of bringing economy and delivery readiness into harmony • You create and monitor orders as well as production orders and react early to changes or bottlenecks • You maintain and optimize disposition-relevant master data in the SAP system, such as delivery times, safety stocks or order quantities • You analyze key figures such as inventory, backlogs or delivery performance and derive concrete improvements from them • You coordinate daily with production, purchasing, international locations and suppliers to develop viable solutions together • You process customer orders, monitor delivery deadlines and support timely order processing • You accompany inventories, analyze inventory differences and actively drive optimizations within the supply chain • You support operational purchasing activities and take over supply chain-relevant complaints What you bring with you: • Technical or commercial basic training with further education in the field of supply chain, logistics, production planning or comparable qualification • Several years of experience in material disposition, production planning or supply chain management of a producing industrial company • Very good SAP knowledge, ideally in the MM and PP modules • Secure handling of ERP data, disposition parameters and material requirements planning • Good Excel skills as well as pleasure in analyzing key figures and processes • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working • Communication strength as well as pleasure in cooperating with various internal and international contacts • Very good German language skills; English language skills facilitate cooperation in an international environment What you can look forward to: • A responsible key role with direct influence on the delivery capability of an internationally active industrial company • Challenging tasks at the interface of production, purchasing and supply chain • A modern working environment with short decision-making paths and close cross-departmental cooperation • The opportunity to actively shape processes and implement optimization potential in a self-responsible manner • A careful introduction as well as attractive employment conditions What's next: Do you feel addressed?
