We are looking in Herzogenbuchsee for the field of mental disability for an ES qualified nurse specialized in psychiatry at 80 % as a deputy team leader.

Your field of activity includes the following tasks:

• You accompany and support people with mental disorders in their daily lives and promote their autonomy as well as their participation
• You support the team management in the professional and organizational management of the team and replace them in their absence
• You work in close collaboration with internal and external specialized services, legal representatives and relatives

You bring:

• Specific training (ES nurse, community healthcare assistant, ES social educator, specialized socio-educational assistant)
• Team spirit, personal initiative and the ability to act calmly and in a solution-oriented manner even in unexpected situations
• Good proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook applications
