• Leadership, coordination and support of employees during your shift
• Ensuring efficient personnel deployment as well as a structured shift handover
• Primary contact person for technical and organizational questions in shift operations
• Responsibility for a safe, efficient and low-disturbance production process in the extrusion blow molding and PET area
• Timely and quantity-accurate fulfillment of production orders
• Monitoring and control of production processes as well as machine parameters
• Ensuring compliance with all quality specifications and testing requirements
• Guaranteeing constant and reproducible product quality
• Complete and correct production and quality documentation
• Monitoring plant availability as well as key figures for scrap, material consumption and downtime
• Ensuring correct material use and material provision
• Coordination of measures in the event of technical malfunctions in cooperation with maintenance
• Compliance with specifications regarding occupational safety, health protection, order and cleanliness in the entire shift area
