IT Project & Operations Specialist 100% Informatics / Telecommunications Baden Your Play Independent management and coordination of IT projects from requirements gathering through planning, implementation, and testing to handover to operations, including coordination of internal stakeholders and external service providers. Conception, installation, configuration, and operation of Microsoft server infrastructures. Responsibility for project planning, deadlines, tasks, risks, documentation, and regular reporting to the Head of IT or relevant stakeholders. Support of central Microsoft services such as Active Directory, group policies, DNS, DHCP, file and print services, as well as other Windows server roles. Active participation in the further development of the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environment. Support and further development of Identity & Access Management with Microsoft Entra ID. Analysis of technical malfunctions, coordination of troubleshooting, and collaboration with external service providers and technology partners. Support of first-level support including regular on-call duties. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, operating manuals, and standardized work instructions. Several years of professional experience in a broadly based IT infrastructure or systems engineering function and practical experience in the management and implementation of IT projects.
