• You are the headhunter who identifies and places the most sought-after talents for temporary and permanent positions in industry/technology
• With your charm and empathy, you conduct interviews with applicants, create dossiers, handle pre-selection, and present the TOP-SHOTS of the industry to our customers
• You are not just a consultant, but a real coach for our customer/candidate base and support them with advice and action
• In addition, you go hunting for new customers and maintain your existing business relationships

Ideally, you bring with you:

• Experience in personnel consulting or related areas is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of the labor market and an extensive network in the industry
• You have excellent German language skills and are well-versed in the common MS Office suite
• Your confident appearance and your positive manner build trust faster than a tower of building blocks falls down
• Organization is your middle name, and you act as service-oriented as a 5-star hotel
