What you can move

• Construction management: Monitoring construction execution according to plans, contracts, quality, and safety specifications
• Schedule & cost control: Construction schedule, budget, invoice verification, and construction accounting
• Estimation & tendering: Creation of bills of quantities according to NPK as well as requesting, comparing, and negotiating offers
• Coordination: Coordination and leadership of tradespeople, contractors, planners, and authorities
• Acceptance & warranty management: Defect management, monitoring of remediation, and support after handover of keys

What you bring with you

• Education: Vocational training in construction, ideally Maurer EFZ, Zeichner EFZ specializing in architecture, or comparable; further training as Dipl. Bauleiter Hochbau HFP or shortly before completion
• Experience: Several years of practice in local construction management and construction site organization of Swiss building construction projects
• Technical knowledge: Profound knowledge of Swiss construction law, SIA standards (especially SIA 118), and NPK
• Software & leadership: Confident handling of Messerli/Delta Project and MS Project as well as assertiveness in the leadership of contractors
• Personality: Business-fluent German, structured and independent way of working, high quality/cost awareness as well as willingness to perform occasional on-call duty
