La Fondation Donatella Mauri is an institution dedicated to geriatric psychiatry (psychogeriatrics). Located in Romanel-sur-Lausanne, we welcome 58 long-stay residents and have an in-house Temporary Reception Centre (CAT) with a capacity of 10 beneficiaries. The Foundation is a closed structure. Nevertheless, to allow residents who still maintain a certain independence to enjoy freedom of movement, free passages allow access to the garden and terraces.

Following the departure of the current Director, the Foundation Board of the Fondation Donatella Mauri is recruiting

a Nursing Home Director

with the objective of continuing the essential mission of the establishment and ensuring the continuity of the quality of support offered to our residents.

Main missions of the position

• Social responsibility: guarantee quality of life, respect, dignity, and daily support for residents.
• Financial and administrative responsibility: ensure the smooth running of the Foundation, manage budgets, supervise administrative processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Admission policy: lead the admission policy for new residents, in connection with families, network partners, and competent authorities.
• Steering major projects: lead and coordinate the strategic projects of the Foundation, notably a major upcoming real estate project - the creation of protected apartments near the current structure.
• External representation: represent the EMS to institutional partners, authorities, and the socio-sanitary network, and actively contribute to the reputation and influence of the Foundation.

Profile sought

We are looking for a manager with several years of experience and solid administrative and social skills. At the head of the Fondation Donatella Mauri, you are able to bring:

• Organizational coherence in a structure of nearly 100 employees;
• Team cohesion and human leadership, adapted to the field of psychogeriatrics;
• An ability to work in partnership with nursing, animation, hotel, and administrative teams as well as network actors;
• A clear, pragmatic vision oriented towards the continuity of the Foundation's values;
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in a social or medico-social context.

Experience in managing a social or medico-social institution, or in a management role involving important human and organizational responsibilities, constitutes a decisive asset.
