Senior Payroll Specialist (Interim)

Our client is a larger Swiss company with professional HR structures and complex payroll processes. You will work in an experienced team and take on a demanding area of responsibility. Together we are looking for a new team member as "Senior Payroll Specialist 80-100%". This position is initially limited to eight months; subject to suitability or interest, continued employment can be evaluated. The start date is immediate or by arrangement.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• In this role, you are responsible for the monthly payroll processing independently and ensure a correct payroll run for several hundred employees
• You process all tasks related to the topic of payroll independently, including mutations, absences, and variable salary components
• You process social insurance and withholding taxes with technical certainty and in a timely manner
• You carry out year-end activities, reconciliations, and controls independently and clarify differences directly with the responsible departments
• You contribute your experience to complex payroll questions and support the further development of existing processes

• You must have several years of experience in independent payroll processing from A to Z
• Practice in a large company with extensive structures and demanding payroll processes is mandatory
• Sound SAP experience is part of your professional daily routine and enables you to handle payroll processes securely
• Your way of working is highly hands-on, independent, and reliable, even with a high workload
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law completes your professional profile
