No problem, you bring the basics and we will turn you into a Junior Project Manager. Have you completed an electrical engineering degree or further training as a Technikerin HF or already have several years of professional experience in project management or planning? Wonderful, then you will start directly as a Project Manager with us.
Your main tasks include:
Planning of new construction and renovation projects according to the client's specifications
Inspections of projects on and next to the tracks, creation of planning documents and the regular and timely handover of the documents to the client
Creation of schedules, cost estimates, as well as tender and acceptance documents
Project management in relation to quality, costs and deadlines
Technical site management: Using construction controls, you ensure compliance with the scheduled specifications, the technical and railway-specific guidelines as well as the quality standards
You bring as a Junior Project Manager:
A completed basic electrical engineering training
Enjoyment of networked thinking, complex tasks and the development of well-thought-out solution approaches
Several years of professional experience as an Elektroinstallateurin EFZ / Montage-Elektrikerin EFZ / Netzelektrikerin EFZ or Elektroplanerin EFZ
A self-reliant way of working and a communicative personality
Desire for personal responsibility and to develop yourself further
Readiness to complete further training at HF or FH level
You bring as a Project Manager:
Several years of professional experience as an Elektroplanerin and / or Project Manager
Advanced technical training (e.g. Technikerin HF, Elektroingenieurin FH or equivalent) or in training
CAD and Microsoft Office knowledge
