As a CQV Engineer Small Molecules 80-100% (m/w/d), you are responsible for the qualification and validation of process-related equipment and facilities. You make a significant contribution to the ongoing optimization of processes, systems, and internal processes. You are also responsible for ensuring the necessary technical expertise of the plant personnel and engineering groups. The complete list of our global benefits can also be found at: https://bit.ly/3wjkoFi Your tasks: Updating plant qualification of existing plants in case of changes Coordinator in change management (technical change request TCR) Carrying out periodic reviews of qualified units based on the specifications Checking changes to the mother flow charts and their archiving Presenting and representing the qualification dossiers during audits and inspections Plant qualification for new buildings / plant expansions / existing plants before GMP production: Your requirements profile: Completed technical training (ETH, FH, HF), preferably in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable field Professional experience in a regulated environment regarding commissioning, qualification, and validation, e.g., refrigeration and freezer rooms, clean media rooms, and process-related equipment Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, knowledge of COMOS (Plant Engineering Software solution), DMS, TrackWise, and SAP is an advantage Fluent German (in word and writing) and English are an advantage Independent and flexible work with good communication style, as well as structured, focused, and well-organized work behavior About Lonza: At Lonza, our employees are our greatest strength.
