The Herz Gefäss Zentrum combines the university clinics for Cardiology, Angiology, as well as Heart and Vascular Surgery. As a nationally leading center in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, the range of services covers the entire spectrum of interventional and surgical treatments.

What awaits you

• You are responsible for the systematic practice development of nursing in the medical department
• Together with the nursing experts of the medical department, you support and empower the nursing teams to ensure expertise in the practical field
• You are responsible for nursing quality and patient safety in the medical department within the shared governance model with nursing expertise as well as leadership and education
• You initiate and lead practice development projects and ensure their sustainable implementation in practice
• You promote interprofessional cooperation within the medical department as well as networking and cooperation with the Nursing Directorate

What you bring with you

• Education: Nursing diploma at tertiary level, Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF or Bachelor in Nursing FH
• Master of Nursing Science
• Several years of professional experience as a nursing expert
• Leadership and project experience
• Ability to work in a team, high social competence
• Holistic and networked way of thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of new challenges and interprofessional cooperation
