What you can look forward to:

• Managing the secretariat of the Managing Director in terms of administration, correspondence, as well as coordinating appointments
• Independent preparation and follow-up of meetings
• First point of contact for concerns from executives and employees
• Leading smaller and medium-sized projects
• Supporting the individual department heads

What we look forward to:

• Commercial training with several years of practical experience in a secretariat
• Very good user knowledge of MS-Office products as well as affinity for further tools
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• High service orientation, the ability to receive different inquiries simultaneously and to prioritize them with calm
