We are strengthening our team in French-speaking Switzerland and are actively looking for our Property Manager =============== ### 100% position ### Your mission * Ensure the proper administrative and rental management of the Quartier du Flon property portfolio * Plan, establish and ensure the follow-up of move-in/move-out inspections * Establish leases, amendments, rent increase notifications, notifications and management of the follow-up of terminations * Carry out visits of rental objects, visits of the real estate portfolio with the independent evaluator * Ensure the follow-up of tenant requests, opening and follow-up of claims * Keeping of property budgets * Process reminders, manage and follow up legal and litigation files * Updating statistics and reporting * In collaboration with Mobimo FM, evaluation of concierge services, planning of technical renovation works and follow-up of execution, negotiation of building maintenance contracts ### Your profile * Federal diploma of property manager, with additional training in the real estate field * Several years of experience in management * French native language, German level B1, English a plus * Excellent command of MS Office, MS Dynamics/XRM, Garaio REM * Communication ease, facility in contacts, autonomy, client and service orientation ### Your chance A varied and versatile position awaits you within a listed real estate company, in full growth and enjoying an excellent market position.
