Project Manager Digitalization/Project Delivery Lead (80-100%)

You lead demanding CRM, data, and digitalization projects end-to-end. From analysis and conception to implementation and rollout, you ensure that requirements result in sustainable solutions with measurable business impact. Alignment and Solution Concept • In workshops, you record the current processes (IST-Prozesse) and the customer journey and visualize them in Miro until all stakeholders are on the same factual basis. • You lead specialist departments, management, and IT towards a common target image and translate between business and technology. • Based on this, you develop the digitalization roadmap and the solution concept together with the Solution Architect and platform specialists, consistently thought out from the customer experience perspective. Leadership, Implementation and Business Benefit • You lead your project end-to-end and are responsible for time, costs, and quality across all phases. • You secure the framework with clear phases and gates and let the implementation run iteratively in sprints. • Together with Digital Transformation Consultants, Solution Architects, UI/UX experts, the development team, and Customer Success, you bring the solution to its goal and bundle the strengths of the team. • You manage stakeholders, risks, and budget and inform the project steering in a level-appropriate manner. • You make the created benefit visible and transfer it measurably to the customers in the Business Value Transfer. Your Profile • Several years of experience in leading medium to large digitalization projects. • Strong alignment skills: You moderate workshops, bring different interests together, and translate confidently between business and IT. • Enjoyment of the customer journey across marketing, sales, and service and the ambition to think about solutions from the customer experience perspective. • Confident use of Miro, ideally also with ClickUp. • In-depth knowledge of project management as well as experience with agile implementation according to Scrum. • Experience with structured project management methods, for example HERMES, is an advantage. • Interest in the CRM environment. HubSpot knowledge is welcome but not a requirement: We will teach you this. • Decisiveness, assertiveness, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. • Very good German skills and business fluent English.
