• 18 August 2026 • 70 - 100% • Indefinite duration • CHF 3-896 - 5-012 /month • Rte de Rovray 26, 1462 Yvonand La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriartry, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of persons whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their life process. In order to complete our support teams, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment in Yvonand and Yverdon-les-Bains which welcomes 74 Persons, specialized in geriatrics: CRS Health Care Assistant (F/M/D) in CDI between 80% and 100% - EMS Maurice Bugnon Yvonand Regardless of their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common will, that of supporting Persons daily to allow them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy according to the *aedis* model "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to promote their well-being and their quality of life. As a CRS health care assistant, you support Persons in their daily life (acts of daily living, social activities, spiritual, housekeeping) while ensuring their autonomy is preserved and taking into account the support project. You contribute to a reassuring and convivial atmosphere. You participate in the Person's support project by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate interprofessionally and adapt your practices to the needs of each Person and participate in the implementation of individualized support. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND COMPETENCIES • You benefit from a Red Cross certificate or a title deemed equivalent and have experience in accommodation • Interest in the daily support of elderly people • Sense of observation, listening, and empathy • Flexible, capacity for adaptation and sense of organization • Communication, team spirit and capacity for self-reflection • Good command of French and usual IT tools (Carefolio) • Driver's license and private vehicle WE OFFER YOU • The possibility to work in an environment rich in contacts • The opportunity to participate in innovative institutional projects • Working and salary conditions according to the CCT SAN (collective labor agreement of the Vaudois para-public health sector).
