Our Rehaklinik Sonnmatt offers specialized musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation at a high medical level. Our interdisciplinary team ensures through targeted diagnostics and individually coordinated therapy programs that our patients are optimally cared for on their way back to more health and quality of life. The first-class hotel ambiance in a beautiful scenic location above Lake Lucerne combines maximum comfort with high therapeutic quality.
Your Tasks
Leadership: Be responsible for the personnel, technical as well as administrative leadership of our nursing team (40-50 people), the training managers and pharmacy assistants in the Rehaklinik Sonnmatt together with your two group leaders across two floors (musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation)
Design Opportunities: As a member of the management team, you will play a decisive role in the design and further development of the location
Interdisciplinary Cooperation: Work closely in an interprofessional team with other nursing staff, therapists and doctors
Nursing: Take responsibility for high-quality nursing care together with the nursing team
Your Profile
Education: You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH with the corresponding professional practice permit (BAB)
Leadership Experience: You already have experience in leading a nursing team in the Swiss healthcare system
Personality: You enjoy working in an interprofessional team, think in networks and always seek solution-oriented approaches. Your positive, communicative nature as well as your strong sense of quality characterize you as a personality
IT Skills: You are proficient in using common computer programs (Outlook, Clinical Information System (KIS), planning software Polypoint (PEP))
