Job Description ##

As part of the development of its industrial activities, our client is looking for an Industrialization & Industrial Performance Project Manager.

You play a central role in the optimization of production processes and the deployment of new industrial means.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage industrialization projects for new products, from their launch to their production implementation.
• Define and optimize manufacturing processes in order to improve quality, costs, and lead times.
• Develop and maintain the technical documentation necessary for production activities.
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and industrial validation phases.
• Analyze malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Conduct continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity and overall performance.
• Conduct technical monitoring and propose innovative solutions to modernize production means.
• Collect the needs of the workshops and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the monitoring of automation and equipment modernization projects.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Higher technical education such as engineer or equivalent.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in an industrial environment (ideally luxury sector).
• Solid skills in industrialization, methods, technical project management, and continuous improvement.
• Good mastery of Lean tools and process optimization approaches.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and design or technical drawing tools.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects involving several interlocutors.
• Analytical mind and ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong results orientation and performance improvement.
• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of organization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to unite teams around evolution projects.
• Taste for technical innovation and transforming environments.
