Tech Lead Fullstack .NET / C#

Within the Digital Development team, you will technically lead the design, development, and evolution of digital applications dedicated to wealth management (Wealth Management).

As a Tech Lead Fullstack, you are the technical reference for your scope. You intervene across the entire development chain, from frontend to backend, while guaranteeing the quality, security, and performance of the applications. You support developers, contribute to architectural choices, and actively participate in production releases as well as application support.

Main responsibilities

• Define technical directions and application architectures.
• Participate in fullstack development and the resolution of complex technical issues.
• Support developers, perform code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Guarantee the quality, security, performance, and maintainability of applications.
• Contribute to the industrialization of developments, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.
• Participate in production releases

Technical skills

• Backend: C#, .NET, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Frontend: Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server.
• DevOps / DevSecOps: Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube, CI/CD.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Deployment: Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD.
• Infrastructure: Windows Server and IIS.
• Sensitivity to application security issues and data confidentiality.
• Proven experience in fullstack development and solid .NET / C# expertise.
• Ability to make technical decisions, support a team, and work autonomously.
• Excellent analytical skills, pragmatism, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent stress resistance, ability to manage priorities, emergencies, and deadline constraints in a demanding environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, constructive communication, and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Fluent French and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in the banking or private banking sector is an asset.
