On behalf of one of our clients, a renowned company active in the watchmaking sector and based in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for an HVAC / BMS Technician (M/F). In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of technical building installations. You will contribute to the proper functioning of infrastructures in a demanding industrial environment, where the reliability and quality of the installations are essential.

Your missions ##

• Ensure periodic control of the proper functioning of HVAC installations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary installations.
• Diagnose malfunctions and intervene on technical breakdowns.
• Manage technical alarms via supervision tools (BMS/BMS).
• Optimize the settings and performance of HVAC installations.
• Perform measurements, adjustments, and balancing of hydraulic and air networks.
• Participate in functional tests of critical technical installations.
• Coordinate interventions of external companies while guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Ensure the monitoring of maintenance service providers.
• Participate in the drafting of technical descriptions and specifications as part of improvement projects.
• Manage the supply of material and consumables necessary for interventions.
• Participate in the technical standby service according to the defined schedule.

Requirements ##

Your profile ###

• CFC as a heating or sanitary installer, ideally completed by an ES Technician diploma in building technology or training deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in the maintenance of complex HVAC installations, ideally acquired in an industrial environment.
• Good mastery of Centralized Building Management systems (BMS/BMS).
• Ease with IT tools (Microsoft Office and technical software).
• Residence in Switzerland is imperative, in order to be able to provide the on-call service according to the established schedule.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and organized person, capable of managing priorities effectively.
• Excellent team spirit, sense of service, and good communication skills.
