What you move * You independently operate and monitor our packaging and winding machines and ensure the highest quality. * You perform quality controls (IPK) and ensure that our products meet the highest standards. * You resolve simple malfunctions independently, support the technical department with maintenance work, and document everything carefully. * You perform correct bookings in SAP and ensure a smooth material flow. * You are responsible for small teams of temporary employees, train new plant employees, and ensure a seamless shift handover. * You support the implementation of changes in the production environment.
