Jurist, 80% The Personalamt is responsible as a cross-sectional office for all personnel matters of the cantonal administration. The Abteilung Rechtsdienst is the point of contact for all personnel law issues in the cantonal administration. For the Abteilung Rechtsdienst, we are looking for a Jurist, 80%, immediately or by arrangement at the Solothurn location. Your responsibility In this position, you advise and support the Personalamt as well as managers of the individual departments on all labor and personnel law issues. As an internal sparring partner, you holistically accompany personnel law processes and measures from employment to termination. You undertake the legal review and processing of diverse topics in the area of personnel law and participate in legislative work. You represent the Personalamt in internal administrative procedures, towards authorities, social partners, and in labor court proceedings. Your profile You have a university degree in law (MLaw or MLaw) and have several years of professional experience in a legal environment, ideally in public personnel and administrative law. In the case of demanding issues, you can draw on your broad expertise and your sound knowledge of personnel/labor law. An independent and precise way of working, supplemented by high social competence, distinguishes you and is among your strengths. You see yourself as an internal service provider with a high readiness to perform and work in a solution- and team-oriented manner.
