We are looking for a leadership personality who is both entrepreneurial and technically competent, who manages the company operationally, develops it economically, and exploits new growth potentials.

What can you accomplish?

• Ensure economic success: You are responsible for revenue, results, and investments, and drive the company with clear economic indicators.
• Strengthen market position: You maintain important customer relationships, develop new commercial potentials, and increase order volume.
• Lead and develop employees: You support your employees, establish clear responsibilities, and embody an engaging and pragmatic leadership culture.
• Optimize processes: You improve structures and procedures and strengthen collaboration between sales, technical, service, and administration.
• Shape the future: You identify development potentials, implement improvements, and create the conditions for sustainable growth.

What are your qualifications?

• Basic technical training (EFZ) with additional training as a technician HF or equivalent qualification; alternatively a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in a technically dominant industrial environment, for example in machine and plant construction, plant technology, or technical service.
• Deep technical understanding of industrial applications, technical products, and customer-oriented service processes.
• Experience in technical sales, service, or demanding industrial project management.
• Proven management experience with responsibility for employees, budget, and economic results.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, decisiveness, and pleasure in assuming a pragmatic leadership role.
• Strong customer and market orientation as well as good knowledge of the Swiss industrial market.
