New Car Salesperson 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You are responsible for personal, comprehensive, and individual consultation of customers from the first contact to the final purchase decision in order to fulfill their needs and wishes
You create detailed purchase contracts and vehicle offers
You advise customers on financing and leasing options and act as the link between the customer and the bank
You carefully prepare the vehicles for handover so that the customer can receive an impeccable vehicle
You maintain the existing customer base through regular communication and contact maintenance. In doing so, you build long-term relationships which, through a high degree of service and aftercare, promote customer loyalty and satisfaction
You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers through targeted approach and participation in sales-promoting activities as well as through contact maintenance at events and exhibitions
You help with the planning and implementation of events and exhibitions to strengthen the company's brand image and appeal to potential customers
You are responsible for general administrative tasks such as maintaining the customer database, creating insurance offers, and vehicle re-registrations

What you bring with you:

You have completed vocational training in the field of sales or the automotive industry and have sound professional experience in the industry
You possess the ability to advise customers in a personal yet professional manner, thereby promoting long-term customer relationships
You present a well-groomed appearance and your empathetic and confident manner helps you build trust and create a positive atmosphere in conversation
You have a good sense for sales conversations, recognize customer wishes, and can react professionally and sales-oriented to them
You bring the willingness to work on Saturdays and at events to respond flexibly to customer needs
You feel comfortable in a motivated and success-oriented team, tackle things with commitment and grit, and are ready to go the extra mile for common goals
You have fluent and error-free German skills in speaking and writing; further language skills in English and French are an advantage
Your ability to integrate well into the team and react flexibly to the needs of your team distinguishes you
The possession of a driving license category B is required, as the position requires direct handling of vehicles
