You are responsible for
the real estate marketing of MFH, EFH, STWE, building land: creating sales documents, sales talks and negotiations, viewings, purchase contract registrations.
the administrative processing of the four real estate companies: maintaining the share register, shareholder letters, invitations to general meetings, share issues and buybacks, dividend statements, tax certificates.
the management of the smag website, the creation of CI/CD-compliant company documents / presentations as well as the administration of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
order, cleanliness/disposal, office supplies, key management, archiving and plant care.
You are co-responsible for
the sale of all real estate mandates.
the operation of the telephone switchboard, incoming and outgoing mail, customer reception including guest hospitality.

several years of professional experience, preferably in the fields of real estate or banking.
