Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Construction, provision, and operation of AI applications, platforms, services, and reusable technical components for the AI Center of Competence • Implementation of requirements from AI Strategy & Governance as well as the transfer of security, compliance, and architecture specifications into stable technical solutions • Development and further development of AI-DevOps standards, automations, deployment processes, and operating models for AI solutions • Ensuring reliable operation through monitoring, incident management, lifecycle management, and continuous optimization • Close cooperation with developers, platform teams, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, architecture teams, and specialist departments to promote secure and scalable AI use • Technical consulting of project teams and AI Champions regarding standardized and compliant development and operation of AI solutions • Construction and operation of reusable AI platform services and components for use by internal project teams YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in the field of DevOps, Platform Engineering, software development, or IT Operations • Sound knowledge in CI/CD, automation, monitoring, cloud platforms, and secure IT operation • Practical experience with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic AI systems • Experience in the integration and operation of AI platforms as well as proprietary and open-source models in productive environments • Knowledge in the use of cloud platforms for the provision and operation of AI workloads, APIs, containers, and model serving • Very good English and German skills in speaking and writing YOUR BENEFITS • Financial subsidies for ZVV- or SBB-Abo and fitness-Abo • Support for further training opportunities (financially or with part-time options) • Catering options in the Migros canteen Laura Siroki HR Specialist \+41 79 961 85 53
