Tasks

• Friendly and competent care as well as advice for our guests
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient service process
• Independent management of a station incl. cash collection, cash closures, and daily reconciliations
• Active selling incl. upselling and recommendation of current specials
• Compliance with and control of hygiene standards within the area of responsibility
• Scheduling and leading the service team during the shift in cooperation with the management

Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management is an advantage
• Several years of experience in service or sales
• Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Very good German skills are a prerequisite, other languages are a plus
