Are you ready to actively help shape the future of the Canton of Zürich? Together with you, we will implement the Digitale Verwaltung 2025+ strategy in an overarching and coordinated manner, thereby shaping the digital transformation of the Canton of Zürich.

The Digitale Verwaltung area of the Staatskanzlei is responsible for the implementation of the Digitale Verwaltung strategy, participates in or leads digital transformation projects, provides the cantonal web presence, the transaction platform ZHservices, the web access Zürikonto, and the employee portal ZHub, and advises the administration on topics of digital transformation.

The Abteilung Recht advises the Digitale Verwaltung area on legal issues, identifies regulatory needs in the field of digital transformation, and prepares the enactment of legal foundations.

From January or by arrangement, we are looking for a/an Jurist/in (80% - 100%).

As a Jurist/in in the Abteilung Recht of the Digitale Verwaltung area of the Staatskanzlei, you will process legal issues from the field of activity of the Digitale Verwaltung, particularly regarding the topic of Künstliche Intelligenz.

Your tasks ###

• Legal advice for projects and operating organizations.
• Professional collaboration in project organizations.
• Clarification of legal questions and preparation of legal analyses.
• Drafting co-reports, statements, and Regierungsratsanträge.
• Leading or participating in legislative projects.

Your profile ###

• You have a university degree in law.
• You have several years of experience in state and administrative law as well as a deep understanding of data protection law issues.
• You have experience with the legal aspects of Künstliche Intelligenz.
• You think in networks and enjoy working interdisciplinary.
• You are communicative, service-oriented, and convincing in your appearance.
