Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the establishment's recipes and standards.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of the dishes served.
• Manage stocks and ensure the proper preservation of food.
• Respect current hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to guarantee smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cooking, ideally in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team spirit and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
