Operations Technician (M/F)

Your mission

As part of strengthening its teams, our client is looking for an Operations Technician (M/F). As true technical support for the teams, you contribute to the smooth running and performance of the workshop, while actively participating in the improvement of products, processes, and production means. Activities: - Guarantee the operational availability and smooth running of production means and tooling. - Provide technical support to the production teams and contribute to their support and training. - Participate in the qualification of new products and the commissioning of new production means. - Contribute to the analysis and resolution of quality deviations in collaboration with the various stakeholders concerned. - Lead working groups aimed at improving workshop performance and ensure effective communication with the various actors. - Propose and lead continuous improvement projects related to products and processes. - Participate in the monitoring and analysis of workshop performance indicators.

Your profile

• Holder of an ES Technician or HES Engineer degree, ideally in mechanics or microtechnique. - Good command of IT tools related to the monitoring and management of workshop performance (ERP, production management tools). - Strong interest in the field, technology, and continuous improvement projects. - Rigor, autonomy, initiative, and excellent organizational skills. - Good animation, listening, analysis, and synthesis skills. - Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a team.
