Your tasks

• You organize and lead the medical secretariat and ensure smooth office management.
• You lead and support one employee reporting to you and promote their professional and personal development
• You play a central role in the recruitment and hiring of employees in the medical field
• You are responsible for the entire reporting system and ensure timely and high-quality documentation.
• You guarantee compliance with all work processes and procedures, work closely with internal interfaces such as IT and HR, and actively contribute to their further development.
• You coordinate and plan patient-related appointments as well as dispositions and ensure an efficient process.
• You manage the Chief Physician's agenda and maintain an overview even in a dynamic everyday working life.
• You support the Chief Physician with various administrative and organizational tasks as well as with teaching events, courses, conferences, and benefits events.
• You independently carry out demanding external clarifications and ensure professional communication with internal and external contact persons.

Your profile

• You have training as an MPA, medical secretary with a federal diploma, or a basic commercial training with hospital experience
• Further training as an executive assistant with a federal diploma or similar higher training as well as experience in a similar function are an advantage
• Your proactive, holistic personality with networked and cross-sectoral thinking as well as strong communication skills round off your profile
• Thanks to your coordination skills, organizational talent, and assertiveness, you are ready for this demanding function

Your salary ##

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 78'000 and 98'000 Franken per year.

The exact level of salary depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may also be classified below the salary range in individual cases. In many cases, allowances are paid for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
