Real estate developer, my client develops qualitative real estate investment solutions for its partners and masters their realization.

Missions

As a Project Manager, your role will consist of managing real estate projects in Suisse Romande, both new builds and transformations/renovations. In detail, your missions will be as follows:

• Support in calculating ET offers or determining price increases or decreases within the framework of mandate execution, in accordance with enterprise contracts
• Optimization of construction projects: definition and elaboration of variants
• Guarantee and implementation of planning as well as an adapted project organization
• Elaboration of schedules, construction descriptions, and room descriptions
• Control and monitoring of costs
• Final negotiations of contractor tenders with award proposals
• Follow-up of clients (maîtres d'ouvrage)
• Control of execution planning
• Respect for deadlines and quality of execution

Candidate Profile

• University education in Architecture or Civil Engineering - type EPFL, HES, or equivalent
• A first experience of at least 5 years in construction project management
• ET experience on the Swiss market
• Good knowledge of Gros Oeuvre, Clos couvert and Corps d'états Architecturaux
• Mastery of costs, deadlines, and superior quality
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Team spirit
• Autonomous, dynamic, reactive
• Ability to assert oneself and negotiation skills
• Easy oral and written communication
• Ability to handle a high workload
• Good knowledge of IT and project management software
