Then you have come to the right place! The Kinderkrippe Little People Dübendorf cares for up to 24 children aged 3 months to 4 years. Our Kita everyday life is varied and versatile: In addition to daily group life, creative activities such as painting, crafting, making music and singing, as well as yoga, rhythmics, gymnasium and forest days, are part of our pedagogical offer. To strengthen our team, we are looking for from 01. October 2026 or by arrangement a dedicated, responsible and loving Assistant Educator 80% as a floater for our two locations in Dübendorf. Recent graduates are also very welcome! You do not need to have years of professional experience yet - what is important to us is your joy in working with children, your motivation and your willingness to take on responsibility. Your tasks Care and accompaniment of the children in everyday life Active participation in daily group life Accompanying settling-in periods Support of the group leader Guidance and accompaniment of a person in internship Collaboration in the design of festivals and events Co-design of the premises Assumption of tasks, assignments and areas of responsibility As a floater you will be deployed flexibly at our locations in Dübendorf and will therefore get to know different groups, children and teams.
