Operator (M/F)

We are looking for an Operator (M/F) whose main mission will be the operation of semi-automatic machines in the watchmaking field, in order to ensure production in accordance with quality, safety, and productivity requirements. Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor semi-automatic production machines • Perform aesthetic and dimensional control of parts using conventional measuring devices • Perform 1st level maintenance of equipment • Participate in continuous improvement actions of production processes • Respect quality and safety procedures Profile sought: • Mastery of French (reading and oral expression) • Good mastery of production equipment • Reading of technical drawings • Basic technological knowledge • Sense of organization and rigor • Autonomy and ability to work in a team
