Your tasks:
Assumption of treatment care for acutely ill patients at home
Co-development and design of the treatment process in the interprofessional team
Ensuring the nursing process
Goal- and solution-oriented cooperation in an interprofessional treatment team
Implementation and guidance of integrative medical nursing measures
You bring with you:
Training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF (HF, FH, DNII, AKP)
