• Experience in Spitex or outpatient care is an advantage, but not mandatory
• High level of independence and decision-making ability in everyday work
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people in different life situations
• Resilience and organizational talent for flexible deployment times
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driving license category B is an advantage, as you are mobile during deployment
