In this role, you will actively drive the digital further development of assembly and logistics processes in our High-Speed Division. You understand the assembly and logistics processes holistically, recognize the connections between material, information, and data flows, and translate production requirements together with IT and Engineering into effective process and system solutions. Your goal is to increase transparency and controllability, specifically develop digital tools, automate processes, and achieve measurable added value for production through sound analyses. The position is initially located at the Baden site and will be relocated to Seon at a later date. During the transition phase, we require flexibility and willingness to travel between the two locations. Your tasks: Analysis, design, and continuous further development of assembly and logistics processes Preparation of production and quality data as well as development of dashboards and KPIs Identification of improvement potential and root cause analysis for deviations based on data-driven evaluations Development, implementation, and optimization of digital processes, functions, interfaces, and tools in SAP and MES Planning and implementation of digitalization and automation solutions together with IT, Engineering, and line managers Support of digital work tools as well as training and support of users in the production environment Coordination of interfaces and support for change projects in the areas of reporting, traceability, and data transparency Your profile: Higher education or studies in the field of process management, engineering, or a comparable field Experience in the analysis and further development of production or logistics processes in an industrial environment Ability to grasp complex process, data, and system relationships holistically Good user knowledge in SAP PP/MM/ME, MES systems, and Power BI Technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital tools, automation, and data-based solutions Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with high implementation orientation Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and direct exchange with production Very good German and good English skills Your benefits: Large scope for design to contribute innovative ideas and implement them sustainably International and dynamic working environment Global parental leave program Canteen Childcare Attractive vacation plans Employee assistance program We look forward to your application (preferably in English).
