Job description ##

• Supervise and coordinate the team of masons on construction sites
• Actively participate in masonry work
• Manage the supply of materials and equipment
• Read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with other stakeholders on the construction site

We expect ##

• Significant experience as a team leader complemented by strong technical skills in masonry with a willingness to work on the field
• Ability to motivate a team
• Organized, dynamic and able to work under pressure while respecting deadlines
• Holder of a driver's license
• Autonomy in the position
