As a System Engineer at AXA, you are responsible for the management and optimization of our HIN Gateway as well as for the provision of messaging services. You work together with other software development areas to support interesting projects and implement innovative solutions. Your tasks include monitoring security, managing AXA's internet domains, and the administration and further development of our SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments. In doing so, you integrate new features into our cloud solutions and automate productive tasks to increase efficiency and security.

In the area of Data, Technology & Innovation, around 600 software and system developers work throughout Switzerland and develop the technology of tomorrow in-house. In doing so, we also collaborate in global teams and networks.
We shape and integrate the latest tools, host hackathons, and our agile product teams run self-organized and are independently responsible from A to Z.

What to expect

• Management and optimization of the messaging gateway
• Collaboration with local & global teams
• Administration and further development of Microsoft 365 incl. SharePoint
• Integration of new messaging features into cloud and collaboration environments
• Application of existing templates for the operation of relevant cloud resources
• Daily operational activities in the messaging environment

What you bring with you

• Interest in the management of gateways and messaging systems
• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, GitHub and Terraform)
• Knowledge & experience with Microsoft 365 (incl. SharePoint, M365 Copilot)
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS, possibly Linux
• Good German and English skills
