What you can achieve

• With your know-how, you handle all import and export formalities and ensure that everything regarding customs clearance runs smoothly.
• You process incoming customer orders quickly and competently – whether by email or on the telephone. In doing so, you are in daily contact with the customs offices and the customs office to coordinate and guarantee a flawless process.
• You create and are responsible for correspondence, keep an overview of customs dossiers, and maintain close contact with stakeholders.
• Within the team, you cover for each other during various absences.
• Your working hours are from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:30. (adjust here if necessary)

What you bring with you

• You bring a completed education, ideally as a customs declarant. OR Ideally, you have a professional certificate in customs affairs.
• With your good know-how in the MS Office suite, you make your everyday life easier. Knowledge of E-Dec, Passar, NCTS, and ACCS is a plus for you.
• As a resilient personality, you keep a cool head even in stressful situations, work according to clear priorities, and value a precise and efficient way of working in the processing of goods in the area.
• You like to show initiative, value harmonious cooperation in the team and positive customer contact.
• Your very good German skills give your profile the finishing touch.
