Your daily routine will be paced by travel between different sites where you will take care of the crops and lead workshops. You will organize these workshops for schoolchildren and residents, thus creating a privileged link with them. Your goal? Reconnect citizens to nature and to local food, make places beautiful by transforming them into edible landscapes and producing tasty local vegetables. The missions of the project manager • Project management: you will direct and organize the maintenance and animation interventions. • Workshop animation: you will lead various workshops, from planting to jarring vegetables, including participatory construction sites. • Online coaching: you will maintain the link with participants through online content to share with them to coach them. • Maintenance: you will ensure the regular maintenance of vegetable gardens and urban farms to guarantee their beauty and abundance. • Equipment organization: you will ensure the proper maintenance and storage of equipment to guarantee the smooth running of activities. • Team organization: incidentally you will supervise and coordinate two market gardener-animators who intervene in certain neighborhood projects.
