This includes mechanical, thermal, and analytical testing procedures (e.g., tensile testing, optical microscopy, DSC, TGA, FTIR, and other laboratory analyses). Recording the results of quality tests, creating test reports, and documenting deviations. Identifying deviations and defects, initiating corrective actions, and collaborating with purchasing, quality management, and technology. Continuous improvement: suggesting optimizations for quality testing processes and actively participating in projects for quality improvement. Monitoring compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, DIN) in incoming goods inspection. You bring Completed technical basic training with EFZ, further training in quality assurance is an advantage. Several years of professional experience in incoming goods inspection or in a material testing or materials laboratory in an industrial environment. Experience in testing and characterizing plastics or polymer materials and in handling modern laboratory equipment (e.g., DSC, TGA, FTIR, optical microscopy, or tensile testing machines) is an advantage. Experience in documenting deviations and coordinating corrective actions. Good technical understanding and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Careful and precise working method as well as high sense of responsibility. Teamwork and good communication skills. Experiences with relevant norms and standards (e.g., ISO 9001) are an advantage.
