Customer Advisor Profishop Sanitär

Your tasks

• Advice and sale of sanitary products at the counter and by telephone
• Order picking and timely preparation of customer deliveries
• Processing of returns as well as internal and external inquiries
• Maintenance of the warehouse, including order, cleanliness and inventory participation
• Cash desk management and support with product training

Your strengths

• Completed vocational training as Logistiker EFZ, Sanitärinstallateur or in a related field
• Good knowledge of sanitary products and their application
• Experience in logistics, warehousing and shipping
• Independent, organized and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as strong team and communication skills
• Good German and French skills; sales experience is an advantage
