Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was founded in 2004 and has since been bringing the variety of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offering ranges from fresh noodle, rice, and soup dishes to various curries. The team in the restaurant, which is located on the lively Badenerstrasse in Zürich, takes care of incoming take-away and delivery orders in addition to the regular guests on-site. The establishment, in which additional, cozy swings instead of chairs ensure a special atmosphere, offers 120 seats in the interior. Additionally, another 60 places are available in the courtyard.

Your versatile activities:

You independently prepare the delicious dishes for the lunch and dinner service – especially our delicious sushi creations! 🍣

• You prepare the sushi dishes on the menu with passion and a lot of attention to detail ❤️
• As a leader, you keep our sushi team together and bring everyone on a course for success 🚀
• Quality is not a compromise for you and you take on responsibility with pride 📖
• Hygiene is a matter of course for you – you adhere to the hygiene concept according to HACCP and ensure that everything is top-notch 📋✨
• New colleagues? You introduce them and get them ready for the lunch and dinner service 🥬

Your talents & experiences:

• Professional experience? Of course, you have a few years under your belt and bring skills with you 💼
• You speak good German and English and can communicate with the team and guests without any problems 🗣️
• Your way of working is clean, efficient, and precise – you attach great importance to details ✅
• You are motivated to develop yourself further 🚀
• Leadership experience is a plus – if you have already led a team, all the better 🙌
