Restaurant Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Operational host at the front • Organizing and implementing regular team training • Ensuring a smooth service process at a high quality level • Responsible for increasing results and cost savings • Optimal deployment planning and avoiding overtime • Active management of social media channels • Complaint handling • Creating daily closures • Compliance with and implementation of standards and occupational safety Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in upscale hotel management/gastronomy • Graduation from a hotel management school • Professional experience in a similar leadership role • Passionate service provider • High identification with the business • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting • High quality and hygiene standards • Polished appearance and excellent manners • Languages: German, French and English Opportunities & Perspectives Look forward to an exciting challenge in which you can develop yourself with a young and professional team.
