Team Leader in Cleaning

What you can make happen. • You lead a diverse team of around 35 employees of various nationalities, responsible for the cleaning of the trains at the locations.  • You lead the team technically and personally and ensure clear goals as well as reliable deployment planning.  • You promote quality of execution and occupational safety and support the employees in everyday life.  • Through clear communication, you promote the further development of your employees and strengthen constructive cooperation.  • You further develop your own area and participate in cross-functional projects.  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees are part of your area of responsibility.  -  What you bring with you. • Joy in leading a diverse team and in jointly achieving high quality standards.  • Resilience and strong communication skills, combined with a solution-oriented way of working.  • Several years of leadership experience in an operational environment. In this leadership position, pronounced leadership competencies such as results-oriented leadership or development-oriented leadership are of great importance.  • Completed vocational training with EFZ and further training in leadership.  • German language skills at least level B2 in speaking and writing.  • Driver's license category B is mandatory.  • Additionally, you are willing to support employees on-site also at night and on weekends. You are attentive, concentrated and physically resilient in order to successfully manage this demanding work in 24-hour shift operations.-
