For our office in Winterthur, we are looking for a committed architect to support our team. Your tasks:

• Collaboration in the development and processing of architectural projects in all planning phases
• Creation of design, project, and execution documents
• Processing of building applications and authority submissions
• Creation and coordination of execution and detail plans
• Support of the project management in the planning and implementation of construction projects
• Coordination with specialist planners, contractors, and authorities
• Collaboration in the schedule and quality control of ongoing projects
• Application and implementation of the relevant Swiss standards and planning principles
• Creation and processing of digital planning documents using CAD/BIM systems
• Collaboration in competitions and design briefs

Area of responsibility:
The job holder independently takes on tasks in project processing and supports the project management in the planning, technical, and organizational implementation of construction projects. The function requires professional qualification, professional experience, as well as the ability to process projects efficiently and in a quality-oriented manner.

Your qualifications:

• Completed university degree in architecture
• Several years of professional experience in architectural planning
• Sound knowledge in design, project planning, and execution planning
• Experience in handling ArchiCAD
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Ability to coordinate complex planning tasks
• Knowledge of Swiss planning and permit processes is an advantage
