YOUR TASKS

• Close cooperation with the Head Legal & Company Secretariat as well as taking on own lead topics
• Advising and supporting the clinics and group functions in all legal matters, especially in contract, corporate, and health law
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with internal and external stakeholders
• Designing and further developing the legal department through participation in legal-tech and AI-based solutions as well as standards and processes
• Coordination and cooperation with external law firms
• Support with corporate housekeeping and internal guidelines; ensuring good corporate governance and compliance
• Representation of the Hirslanden-Gruppe towards authorities and other stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed university degree in law (lic. iur. / Master of Law), Swiss attorney admission (Anwaltspatent) an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a multinational company or a law firm in the areas of business law, especially in contract and corporate law; knowledge of health law or interest in this subject area
• Curious, solution-oriented, and resilient personality who enjoys taking responsibility and possesses excellent communication skills
• Proficient in negotiation in German and English, good knowledge of French an advantage
• Structured and precise way of working, quick comprehension and high social competence in a complex, diverse environment
