Come shape the future of our industrial solutions- alongside a passionate and rigorous team! Mission main You will be attached to the Micro-Tools workshop, you will be in charge of programming, adjusting and producing different new tools on our CNC machines. The team consists of 26 collaborators and has 32 machines, all in a air-conditioned environment. Your main tasks • Program and improve machining cycles via software • Ensure adjustment and production of our tools on 5 and 6 axis CNC machines • Guarantee excellence by controlling the conformity of the tools made Your profile • Benefiting from a CFC in Micromechanics • Diploma of in-company trainer is a plus • Proven experience in machining or cutting tool manufacturing (ideally 3 years of experience) • Good knowledge of CNC machines and/or mastery of VGPro software • Knowledge of Rollomatic machines is a serious asset • Any experience in training young Micromechanics is also a plus • Willing to work in a team (2x8) • Good command of French • Methodical and structured, you are solution-oriented and appreciate team work We offer you A stable position, social benefits of a large company, remuneration adapted to the skills and requirements of the position and the opportunity to join a company attached to its values and traditions, in a pleasant and dynamic work environment.
